VR Training Programs Built for the Training Problems That Matter
Every VR training program The Prime VR builds starts with the training problem, not with VR technology. We identify what your employees need to practice, build the scenario, and deploy it across your team.

We do not sell off-the-shelf VR modules. Every program begins with a discovery process to understand your specific training scenarios, performance benchmarks, and deployment requirements. From there, we design, build, and deploy a program that fits your team, your systems, and your schedule.
Questions About VR Training Programs
What types of training programs can be built in VR? +
VR training is effective for any scenario that requires hands-on practice rather than passive observation. Common applications include workplace safety (hazard recognition, emergency response), sales (customer conversations, objection handling), operations (process standardization, quality control), and franchise training (consistent onboarding, brand standards).
How do VR training programs compare to eLearning or LMS platforms? +
LMS platforms measure completion. VR training measures performance. LMS is effective for information delivery and compliance documentation. VR is effective when employees must practice a response, not just review a process. The two systems complement each other.
Can VR training programs be customized for our specific scenarios? +
Yes. Every program The Prime VR builds starts with your specific training scenarios. We do not adapt templates. The development process begins with a discovery phase that identifies the exact situations your employees need to practice.
What industries does The Prime VR serve? +
The Prime VR serves any industry where training requires hands-on practice. Current verticals include construction, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, oil and gas, B2B sales, pharmaceutical, insurance, QSR franchises, retail, hospitality, and automotive service.
Do you build VR training programs for schools and vocational programs? +
The Prime VR primarily serves enterprise organizations with 50 or more employees. We do not currently build programs for K-12 or university classroom use. Vocational training programs that operate like enterprise training (specific skills, measurable outcomes, deployed at scale) are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
